Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AdTrier at https://adtrier.com (the “Service”), operated by Stellan Huang (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Service or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

AdTrier turns your product into one short marketing ad. You give us your product (a URL or details you enter). We create a concept/plan, then a watermarked Preview, then — when you choose Get Final Ad — one official ~15-second, 9:16, English cinematic ad you can download and use.

The Service runs on prepaid credits (USD). There is no subscription, no full video editor, and no promise of advertising performance. Preview is play-only with a watermark; the clean download requires Get Final Ad credits after Preview.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. You represent that you have authority to submit product URLs, images, and copy for the products you promote, and that your use complies with applicable law and platform advertising rules.

An email account is required to use credits. You sign in with a one-time code we send to your email. Credits, jobs, and Final Ad downloads are tied to that account. Keep your email and any job or download links confidential. We may invalidate links that appear abused or compromised.

New accounts may receive a one-time Welcome Credits grant (15 credits) so you can try the flow. Welcome Credits are not a free Final Ad and are not a subscription trial.

Subject to these Terms and full payment of the credits required for Get Final Ad, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, download, reproduce, and publicly display the Final Ad delivered for that order for your own marketing and advertising of the product you submitted.

This license does not transfer ownership of AdTrier software, models, templates, or underlying technology. You may not resell the Service itself, redistribute AdTrier as a competing product generator, or claim that AdTrier endorses your product.

You retain rights in the product URLs, titles, descriptions, images, and other materials you submit (“User Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, analyze, and use User Content solely to operate the Service for you (including product extraction, concept and script generation, Preview, Final Ad delivery, fraud prevention, and support).

You represent that User Content does not infringe others’ rights and that you have permission to use product imagery and trademarks in ads. Between you and AdTrier, you are responsible for how you publish and promote the finished ads.

Scripts, concepts, and ads may be produced or assisted by artificial intelligence using your User Content and our prompts. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing all creatives before publishing.

AdTrier is designed not to invent reviews, sales figures, certifications, medical claims, or fake discounts. You must not instruct or use the Service to create deceptive, illegal, or prohibited advertising, including medical or health claims you are not authorized to make.

AdTrier is for legitimate product marketing creatives only. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive marketing
• Submit or request NSFW, sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content of any kind (including AI-generated)
• Use the Service for deepfake, face-swap, or face-manipulation tools or outputs of any kind
• Submit malware, scrape beyond normal product extraction, or attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the Service
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others
• Upload or request content that is hateful, exploitative, or otherwise prohibited by law or advertising platform policies
• Circumvent payment, abuse credits or Welcome Credits at scale, or resell access to the Service

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access for violations or risk to the Service, buyers, or payment partners (including Creem).

AdTrier uses prepaid credits (USD). You buy credit packs at checkout — currently $5 / 50 credits, $15 / 160 credits, and $30 / 340 credits ($1 = 10 credits) — or the amount shown at checkout. You then spend credits for Plan (5 credits), watermarked Preview (40 credits), and Get Final Ad (15 credits). Purchases are one-time. There is no subscription.

Prices shown before checkout should match what you authorize to pay. Taxes may be calculated and charged by our Merchant of Record at checkout where applicable.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem (creem.io). Creem is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Creem provides customer service inquiries related to payment and handles returns according to its buyer policies and applicable law.

When you pay, you purchase from Creem (or its affiliates), which processes payment, issues invoices/receipts, and collects applicable taxes. AdTrier provides the digital goods (credit packs and, after you spend Get Final Ad credits, the Final Ad file) after we receive trusted payment confirmation from Creem. Card details are handled by Creem; AdTrier does not store cardholder data.

For billing questions, receipts, and refund requests related to a Creem transaction, contact Creem Buyer Support (for example via creem.io/contact or support@creem.io) and, if needed, hello@adtrier.com so we can help with fulfillment. See also Creem’s Buyer Terms.

Unused purchased credits may be refundable under Creem’s buyer policies and applicable law. If a paid Plan, Preview, or Get Final Ad step fails for a technical reason on our side, we typically return those credits to your account automatically. Because the Final Ad is digital creative delivered as a downloadable file, purchases are generally non-refundable once the Final Ad has been delivered or made available for download, except where required by applicable law or by Creem’s buyer policies. If fulfillment fails (for example, payment confirmed but credits or the Final Ad cannot be provided after a reasonable attempt), contact hello@adtrier.com and Creem so we can complete delivery or arrange a remedy through Creem. Refunds, when issued, are processed by Creem as Merchant of Record—not by AdTrier sending payment directly to you.

Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights in your jurisdiction.

THE SERVICE AND GENERATED ADS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ADS WILL ACHIEVE ANY SALES, CLICK, OR PLATFORM APPROVAL OUTCOME.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Stellan Huang AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ADS.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO A PURCHASE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT PURCHASE (EXCLUDING TAXES AND FEES RETAINED BY CREEM WHERE APPLICABLE), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for the Service or payment partners, or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by nature should survive (including licenses already granted for paid downloads, IP, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes will apply going forward. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
