Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Stellan Huang (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects and uses information when you use AdTrier at https://adtrier.com (the “Service”).

For personal data we control in connection with operating AdTrier, the controller is Stellan Huang. Contact: hello@adtrier.com.

When you make a purchase, Creem (creem.io) acts as Merchant of Record and processes payment-related personal data as described in Creem’s own privacy notice. AdTrier provides credit packs and the Final Ad after payment confirmation; we do not receive or store your full payment card details.

Depending on how you use the Service, we may process:

• Account email: the email address you use to sign in with a one-time code, hold credits, and receive receipts or support messages.
• Product submission data: product URLs you paste, and product details or images you provide or that we extract (such as title, description, images, and bullet points).
• Job and creative data: concepts/plans, scripts, Preview and Final Ad status, video files or download references, and credit spend history needed to run your order.
• Payment-related identifiers: limited transaction or fulfillment identifiers we receive from Creem (for example, to add purchased credits to your account). Payment card data is collected and processed by Creem, not by AdTrier.
• Technical data: standard server logs such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, and request paths needed to operate and secure the site.

We do not intentionally collect special-category health data. Do not submit sensitive personal data about individuals in product fields.

We use information to:

• Sign you in, keep your credits balance, and match purchases to your account
• Understand your product and generate a concept/plan, watermarked Preview, and Final Ad
• Process credit-pack orders via Creem, confirm payment, and deliver digital goods
• Provide customer support and troubleshoot failures
• Secure the Service, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations
• Improve reliability of the AdTrier product experience

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your product submissions to build unrelated marketing lists beyond operating and supporting the Service.

Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on: performance of a contract (providing the Service, credits, and fulfilled downloads); legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, service improvement); consent where required; and legal obligations when we must retain or disclose data.

We use service providers to operate AdTrier, including:

• Creem — payment processing, invoicing/receipts, tax collection, and buyer payment support as Merchant of Record. See Creem’s privacy policy at creem.io.
• AI providers — to help generate marketing concepts and scripts from product information you submit.
• Video generation providers — to produce Preview and Final Ad videos from product information and assets you submit.
• Email delivery providers — to send one-time sign-in codes and transactional messages related to your account or orders.
• Hosting and database providers (for example, Vercel and Supabase/Postgres) — to host the app and store account, credit, and job records needed for fulfillment.

These providers process data on our instructions or, in Creem’s case for checkout, under their role as Merchant of Record / payment seller. We configure integrations to send only what is needed for the feature.

The Service currently uses only essential technical storage needed to run the site, keep you signed in, and complete the job flow (for example, session or job continuity). We do not currently run third-party advertising or behavioral analytics cookies on AdTrier.

If we add analytics later, we will update this Policy and, where required, request consent.

We retain account, credit, job, creative, and payment-fulfillment records for as long as needed to deliver downloads, provide support, prevent fraud, and meet accounting or legal requirements. Support threads are kept while useful for that purpose, then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.

Payment records held by Creem are retained under Creem’s policies.

We and our processors may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate transfer safeguards offered by providers (such as standard contractual clauses) or rely on other lawful transfer mechanisms.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to a small digital-goods service (HTTPS, access-limited hosting, and webhook verification for payment events). No method of transmission or storage is fully secure.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

The Service is directed to adults operating businesses or marketing products. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 (or higher age required by local law).

We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes will apply going forward.
